What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email address and message, so we can reply to you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• Newsletter: your email address, so we can send the newsletter you asked for. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Orders: when you buy one of our products, payment is handled securely by our payment provider, and we receive the details needed to fulfil your order. Our lawful basis is the contract between us.
• Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are popular. This is only switched on with your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years, newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe, and order records for as long as the law requires for accounting purposes.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, such as our web host, email provider, payment provider and, with your consent, Google Analytics.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep forms secure. We only set analytics cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner. When you follow an affiliate link to another retailer, such as Amazon or Etsy, that retailer may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, contact us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
